Pasta with walnut pesto for 2 people
- 300 g cherry tomatoes, preferably mixed colors
- 150 g of whole grain paste
- 40 g walnut kernels
- 1 bunch broadleaf parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt and pepper
- Planed Parmesan Cheese
How to make pasta with walnut pesto
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Place the tomatoes in an ovenproof dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Boil the pasta in plenty of water. Salt with 1 teaspoon per liter of water.
- Lightly roast the walnuts in a dry pan and chop them.
- Chop parsley and garlic roughly, mix with oil and salt and season with black pepper.
- Add the pasta with the coarse pesto: nuts, parsley, garlic and oil and the baked tomatoes on two plates.
- Planes parmesan cheese over each serving.
