Ingredients
- 4 toast slices
- 2 eggs
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 slices of tomato or pepper
- 2 pinches dried oregano
- black pepper
- 0.5 tsp salt
How to prepare
- Heat up the toast star.
- Whisk the eggs lightly and add salt. Dip a bread slice in the egg mixture and place in the hot toast.
- Add 2 slices of cheese and tomato. Dip the other bread and place on top. Do the same and place it next to it.
- Bake to a nice color. Serve with tomato or cucumber.
