How to prepare
Boil pasta. Cut the sausage into slices. Peel and split the onion. Fry sausage and onions in butter in a frying pan. Take it out of the pan and fry the vegetables. Salt. Stir in sausages, onions and vegetables in the cooked pasta. Sprinkle with chopped coriander or parsley and click over cottage cheese.
