Pasta with Wok Vegetables

Ingredients 4 servings

Pasta 300 g
chorizo 300 g
Red onion 1
Butter
Fresh or frozen wok vegetables about 400 g
Salt ½ tsp
Fresh coriander or parsley 1 pot
Cottage cheese mexican salsa 300 g

How to prepare

Boil pasta. Cut the sausage into slices. Peel and split the onion. Fry sausage and onions in butter in a frying pan. Take it out of the pan and fry the vegetables. Salt. Stir in sausages, onions and vegetables in the cooked pasta. Sprinkle with chopped coriander or parsley and click over cottage cheese.
