Ingredients
- 200 g fresh dates, cored
- 3 dl oatmeal
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 dl of peanut butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 0.5 dl water
Frosting - 80 g fresh dates, cored
- 0.5 dl of coconut oil
- 0.75 dl water
- 0.5 dl of cocoa
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Topping
- cocoa
- sea salt
How to prepare
- Mix dates, oatmeal, cocoa, peanut butter, cinnamon and salt in a food processor mounted with knife blades.
- If necessary, add a little water.
- Print the batter in a mold with baking sheet paper, about 10 x 15 cm.
- Mix all the ingredients for the frosting to a smooth cream.
- Spread the frosting on the cake and powder over some cocoa.
- Crumble over the flake salt and leave for about 1 hour in the fridge before serving.
