Quick Brownie Pieces with Peanut Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g fresh dates, cored
  • 3 dl oatmeal
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 dl of peanut butter
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 0.5 dl water
    Frosting
  • 80 g fresh dates, cored
  • 0.5 dl of coconut oil
  • 0.75 dl water
  • 0.5 dl of cocoa
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Topping

  • cocoa
  • sea salt

How to prepare

  • Mix dates, oatmeal, cocoa, peanut butter, cinnamon and salt in a food processor mounted with knife blades.
  • If necessary, add a little water.
  • Print the batter in a mold with baking sheet paper, about 10 x 15 cm.
  • Mix all the ingredients for the frosting to a smooth cream.
  • Spread the frosting on the cake and powder over some cocoa.
  • Crumble over the flake salt and leave for about 1 hour in the fridge before serving.
