Vegetables such as carrots, peppers, sugar snaps or 1 bag of any frozen wok mix
How to prepare
Shred the chicken fillet and mix with lime, Chef’s Piffi Chicken Spice and water. Allow to soak for about 20 minutes. Fry the drained chicken in oil. Sprinkle with raw sugar at the end of frying. If desired, season with the juice from the rest of the limes.
