- 1 small cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dl finely grated parmesan cheese
How to prepare
- Set oven to 225 ° C.
- Split cauliflower into larger bouquets. Cut the bouquets into cm-thick slices. Put on a baking sheet covered with plate and mix with olive oil, chili pepper, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle over the parmesan and set aside for another 5 minutes.
