Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Make a plate of parmesan roasted cauliflower as a luxury accessory or serve them for pasta and tomato sauce. Sprinkle a little chili for extra sting.

Ingredients 4 servings

  • 1 small cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dl finely grated parmesan cheese

How to prepare

  • Set oven to 225 ° C.
  • Split cauliflower into larger bouquets. Cut the bouquets into cm-thick slices. Put on a baking sheet covered with plate and mix with olive oil, chili pepper, salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Remove and sprinkle over the parmesan and set aside for another 5 minutes.
