Salmon & Potato Gratin Recipe

Ingredients

  • 750 g of potato gratin
  • 150 g cold smoked salmon
  • 15 g dill
  • 40 g of grated cheese
  • 300 g carrots
  • 15 g dill
  • 1 tbsp canola/cooking oil
  • 0.5 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper

How to prepare

  • Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Place half of the gratings in an ovenproof form. Shred the salmon and put on the gratin, cut over the dill. Add the rest of the gratin, sprinkle with cheese and cook for about 20 minutes.
  • Peel and grate the carrots roughly, stir in chopped dill, oil, and vinegar.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve.
