Sandwiches with spicy Mushrooms Vegan Recipe

Ingredients 2 servings

  • 2 sandwiches
  • 2 slices of optional bread
  • a fist mixed salad varieties
  • 100 g chanterelles
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 100 g of mushrooms
  • about 1½ tbsp syrup
  • sea salt
  • olive oil for frying
  • milk-free margarine for frying

How to prepare

  • Fry the bread in olive oil.
  • Place the lettuce leaves on the sandwiches.
  • Mash the chanterelles in the margarine and squeeze (or chop) the garlic cloves.
  • Put the sponge on the bread.
  • Slice the mushrooms and cut them into a little margarine, then pour over the syrup.
  • Put them on the sandwich and top with a little flake salt.
