Ingredients 4 servings
- 600 g of chicken fillet
- 1 broccoli head
- 2 carrots
- 1 red pepper
- 1 can of coconut milk with green curry
- rice noodles or rice
- Cut chicken and vegetables into smaller pieces.
- Fry carrots and peppers in oil until they get a little soft. Put aside.
- Brown the chicken pieces in a little butter or oil. Add all the vegetables and beat over the coconut milk.
- Simmer for about 5-10 minutes until the chicken is done.
- Serve with freshly cooked rice noodles or rice.
