Ingredients 4 servings Tomato and Mozzarella Recipe
- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 packages Mozzarella (125g)
- 1/2 dl fresh basil or oregano shredded
- pepper freshly ground
- 1/2 dl Extra virgin olive oil Fruttato
How to prepare
- Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices. Place them alternately on a platter so that they partially cover each other.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil or oregano.
- Pepper, spoon over olive oil and serve.
