- gelatin Sheet: 2
- vanilla: 1
- Whipping cream: 3 dl
- Powdered sugar: 1 dl
- Sour cream: 3 dl
How to prepare
- Soak the gelatin leaves 5 min. Divide the vanilla bar and scrape out the seeds.
- Boil cream, vanilla seeds, and sugar. Stir in the gelatin and then the sour cream.
- Pour into a glass and allow to sit in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
