Vanilla Panacotta Recipe

Ingredients 6 servings

  • gelatin Sheet: 2
  • vanilla: 1
  • Whipping cream: 3 dl
  • Powdered sugar: 1 dl
  • Sour cream: 3 dl

How to prepare

  • Soak the gelatin leaves 5 min. Divide the vanilla bar and scrape out the seeds.
  • Boil cream, vanilla seeds, and sugar. Stir in the gelatin and then the sour cream.
  • Pour into a glass and allow to sit in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
