Ingredients
- 200 g of solid tofu
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 garlic clove
- ½ dl of Japanese soy
- 2 ½ dl oat cream
- pepper
- liquid vegan margarine
How to prepare
- Squeeze garlic and mix with liquid smoke and Japanese soy. Cut tofu into small cubes and marinate in the soy and garlic mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Fry the marinated tofu in liquid margarine and then add the oat cream. Simmer for 10 minutes and taste with pepper.
- Serve with any pasta.
