Ingredients Vegan Pasta with Mushrooms Recipe
- 400 g of spaghetti
- 250 g of mushrooms, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon neutral oil, for frying
- 2.5 dl Oat cream
- 0.5 dl ketchup
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 grams cayenne pepper
Chickpea salad with cauliflower
- 350 g cauliflower
- 380 g cooked chickpeas rinsed (canned, gross weight)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tablespoons vinegar
- 0.5 tsp fling salt
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
How to prepare
- Boil the pasta in salted water as directed on the package.
- Fry mushrooms and onions in oil to a nice color. Add oatmeal, ketchup, mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Remove and save the blast from the cauliflower.
- Slice the cauliflower thinly with a mandolin.
- Mix chickpeas with sliced cauliflower, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Wake cauliflower blast in oil and season with flake salt. Serve the salad and gravy for the pasta.
