Vegan Sausage with Saffron Bulgur Recipe

Ingredients

  • 200 g beyond sausage
  • saffron Bulgur
  • 1.5 dl bulge
  • 0.25 g of saffron
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2.25 dl water
  • salt and black pepper
  • 0.5 dl chopped parsley
  • 0.5 dl of dried cranberries
  • 0.5 dl roasted salted almond, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds, roasted
  • garlic Sauce
  • 2 dl cream cheese
  • 0.5 lemon, finely grated shell
  • 0.5 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • salt

How to prepare

  • Meal bulgur, garlic and saffron in oil. Pour in water and simmer under lid until soft.
  • Taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add parsley, cranberries, almonds and sunflower seeds.
  • Add cream cheese with lemon zest, garlic and taste with salt. Fry the sausages according to the instructions on the package and serve with the bulgur and garlic sauce.
