- Cottage cheese with spices: 250 g
- Portabello Mushrooms: 6
- Butter: 25 g
- Soy: 4 tbsp
- Crisp sallad: 1 pot
- Salt and black pepper
- Mango: 1
- Avocado: 2
- cherry tomatoes: 250 g
- tortilla Bread: 12
- Fresh coriander: 1 pot
How to prepare
- Fry the mushroom in butter and beat over soy. Rinse the crisp salad. Peel, seed and dice mango and avocado.
- Rinse and divide the cherry tomatoes.
- Heat the tortilla breads.
- Serve with mushrooms, vegetables, mangoes, coriander, pickled onion and cottage cheese.
- Top with coriander.
