Vegetarian Fajitas with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients 4 servings

  • Cottage cheese with spices:  250 g
  • Portabello Mushrooms: 6
  • Butter:  25 g
  • Soy: 4 tbsp
  • Crisp sallad: 1 pot
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Mango: 1
  • Avocado: 2
  • cherry tomatoes: 250 g
  • tortilla Bread: 12
  • Fresh coriander: 1 pot

How to prepare

  • Fry the mushroom in butter and beat over soy. Rinse the crisp salad. Peel, seed and dice mango and avocado.
  • Rinse and divide the cherry tomatoes.
  • Heat the tortilla breads.
  • Serve with mushrooms, vegetables, mangoes, coriander, pickled onion and cottage cheese.
  • Top with coriander.
