300 g mixed mushrooms eg mushrooms, mash, oyster slices, shiitake
5 marinated sun-dried tomatoes, shredded
2 garlic cloves
2.5 dl cooking cream
salt and black pepper

How to prepare
Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
Cut the mushrooms into pieces and cut into a little of the oil from the tomatoes for about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and garlic and fry for a few more minutes. Add cream, bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Mix the pasta with the mushroom sauce, sprinkle with some cheese and serve with salad.
