Vegetarian vegetable soup recipe
- 1.2 liters of water
- 1 tbsp vegetable broth
- 500g root celery
- 3 carrots
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- salt, pepper, smoked paprika powder
How to prepare
- Boil water with trillion in a saucepan. Peel root celery and carrots and cut into smaller pieces. Chop yellow onion and garlic and have down. Cook for about 20 minutes or until softened.
