1. Blueberries, walnuts and the banana.
This is my absolute favorite topping for porridge. A little crunch, a little sweetness and a lot of energy! I prefer to use fresh blueberries but it is of course just as good to use frozen. I usually have a half sliced banana, a fist blueberry and a half fist of natural walnuts which I chop a little roughly.
2. Figs and almond flakes.
You might notice a pattern? Sweetness and crunch provide a perfect gratin topping combination for me. Another favorite is fresh figs and natural almond flakes.
3. Apple, peanut butter and cocoa nibs.
This combination fits perfectly when you wake up and is hungry in the morning! Slice down an apple, have in a (large) click peanut butter and garnish with some cocoa nibs. You will definitely stand up for lunch.
