Ingredients
- 400 g of coarse almond pulp
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of room-warm butter
- 1 dl wheat flour
- 0.5 tsp mortar cardamom
- 175 g of cherished cherries
How to prepare
- Set oven to 175 °.
- Lubricate a round shape with a removable edge, about 24 cm in diameter.
- Mix almond paste, eggs, butter, flour and cardamom with an electric whisk.
- Pour the batter into the mold and spread the cherries on the cake. Bake in the middle of the oven 30–35 min. The cake may be a bit messy.
