Ingredients
- 125 g margarine, room warm
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2.5 dl wheat flour
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 lemon, grated shell
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 3 peeled apples
How to prepare
- Lubricate and brew a round shape with detachable edge, about 24 cm in diameter.
- Stir the fat greasy with the sugar.
- Add one egg at a time and then flour mixed with baking powder, lemon zest and milk. Pour the batter into the mold.
- Cut the apples into thin slices and stick them in the batter tightly next to each other.
- Sprinkle with sugar mixed with cinnamon.
- Bake the cake in the bottom of the oven for 175º for 30-40 minutes.
