  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 0.5 pinch of black pepper

How to prepare

  • Whisk the eggs together in a bowl. Add milk, salt, and pepper and stir the batter quickly.
  • Heat a frying pan with a little oil or butter to medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and fry the egg mixture under constant stirring. It should start to solidify and become slightly firm in texture.
  • Serve the egg batter as soon as it has got the right creaminess.
