Ham Pasta With Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings

  • Whole grain pasta eg tagliatelle: 300 g
  • Smoked ham: 150 g
  • mushrooms: 200 g
  • Butter & rapeseed oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Cooking cream: 2 dl
  • Chopped fresh parsley: 1 dl
  • Garlic: 1
  • Salt: ½ tsp
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch

How to prepare

  • Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
    Cut the ham into strips and the mushroom into halves or slices.
  • Fry the mushroom in butter & rapeseed oil in a frying pan for about 3 min.
  • Put in the ham and let it simmer.
  • Add cream, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Let everything boil for a few minutes.
    Pour the pasta water and put the pasta back in the saucepan.
  • Pour over the sauce and stir.
