Ingredients 4 servings
- Whole grain pasta eg tagliatelle: 300 g
- Smoked ham: 150 g
- mushrooms: 200 g
- Butter & rapeseed oil: 1 tablespoon
- Cooking cream: 2 dl
- Chopped fresh parsley: 1 dl
- Garlic: 1
- Salt: ½ tsp
- Black pepper: 1 pinch
How to prepare
- Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
Cut the ham into strips and the mushroom into halves or slices.
- Fry the mushroom in butter & rapeseed oil in a frying pan for about 3 min.
- Put in the ham and let it simmer.
- Add cream, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Let everything boil for a few minutes.
Pour the pasta water and put the pasta back in the saucepan.
- Pour over the sauce and stir.
