Ingredients 4 servings
- Chicken breast fillet: 400 g
- Tagliatelle: 300 g
- Frozen leaf spinach: 250 g
- Garlic cloves: 2
- Sun-dried tomatoes: 50 g
- Butter
- Salt: 1 tsp
- Black pepper: 1 pinch
- Cream: 2½ dl
How to prepare
- Start by cooking the pasta as instructed on the package.
- Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out of the water.
- Peel and chop the garlic. Roughly shredded tomatoes and spinach.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and brown it in butter in a frying pan.
- Salt and pepper.
- Add garlic, tomatoes, spinach and cream. Let it boil for a few minutes.
- Serve the sauce with the pasta.
