Italian Chicken Pasta Recipe

Ingredients 4 servings

  • Chicken breast fillet: 400 g
  • Tagliatelle: 300 g
  • Frozen leaf spinach: 250 g
  • Garlic cloves: 2
  • Sun-dried tomatoes: 50 g
  • Butter
  • Salt: 1 tsp
  • Black pepper: 1 pinch
  • Cream:  2½ dl

How to prepare

  • Start by cooking the pasta as instructed on the package.
  • Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out of the water.
  • Peel and chop the garlic. Roughly shredded tomatoes and spinach.
    Cut the chicken into small pieces and brown it in butter in a frying pan.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Add garlic, tomatoes, spinach and cream. Let it boil for a few minutes.
  • Serve the sauce with the pasta.
