Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
Boil all ingredients for the broth. Slice the mushrooms and mix with sesame seeds, sambal oelek, honey and rice vinegar. Shred the salad bowl and green onion.
Place the noodles in the bottom of 4 bowls and pour over the broth.
Distribute the mushroom mixture, salad bowl, green onion, eggs and chili on top.
