Ingredients 2 servings
- 80 g Turkey Order
- 0.5 pcs Red onion
- 125 g cherry tomatoes
- 0.5 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 0.5 dl Intermediate milk
- 2 pinches Salt Fine
- 1 pinches of Black pepper
- 30 g of grated cheese
How to prepare
- Omelet: Shred the turkey and peel and chop onions. Halve tomatoes. Fry the turkey and onion in oil for about 1 min. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and add the egg mixture to the pan.
- Pull a fork along the sides towards the center. Add the tomatoes and reduce the heat. Let the omelet fry for about 5 minutes. Add grated cheese towards the end.
- Place the omelet on a cutting board and serve with a cup of tea or coffee.
