Omelet with cheese and turkey

Ingredients 2 servings

  • 80 g Turkey Order
  • 0.5 pcs Red onion
  • 125 g cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 0.5 dl Intermediate milk
  • 2 pinches Salt Fine
  • 1 pinches of Black pepper
  • 30 g of grated cheese

How to prepare

  • Omelet: Shred the turkey and peel and chop onions. Halve tomatoes. Fry the turkey and onion in oil for about 1 min. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper and add the egg mixture to the pan.
  • Pull a fork along the sides towards the center. Add the tomatoes and reduce the heat. Let the omelet fry for about 5 minutes. Add grated cheese towards the end.
  • Place the omelet on a cutting board and serve with a cup of tea or coffee.
