  • 1 1/2 kg of potatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 3 dl whipped cream
  • 6 dl milk
  • 2 1/2 dl grated cheese
  • salt
  • coarsely ground black pepper

How to prepare

  • Peel the potato. Cut into thin slices, preferably on the food processor’s fine plate. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  • Set oven to 175 ° C.
  • Heat cream, milk, garlic, salt and pepper in a large saucepan. Put in the potato. Cook on low heat until the potatoes become soft, 25-35 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  • Start timer
  • Pour the mixture into an ovenproof mold. Sprinkle with cheese and grate for 35-40 minutes in the oven.
