Pinch a dough of flour, butter and salt. Work in the water. Print in a pie mold with high edges about 24 cm in diameter. Set in the freezer for 10 min. Chop the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 min. Filling
Crush the feta cheese in a bowl and whisk together the eggs and cream.
Pour the mixture into the pie mold. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 min. Spread the tomatoes over the whole pie, pepper and bake another 25 minutes. For serving
When serving, add a little salad and basil as a garnish. Serve the rest as an accessory
